Container unloading and receiving in Houston
We pull the container off the chassis, count it, and put it on pallets. Live unload of 20' and 40' containers plus LCL and LTL carton receipts at our Plummer Street facility, minutes from the Port of Houston terminals.
How to send us a container
Every inbound load needs an appointment. Give us the container number, BOL or LTL PRO and an ETA, and we schedule the door and the crew for the unload.
At check-in the driver needs the BOL, the packing list and the container or PRO number. Put your company name on the paperwork, our address as the consignee, and your Brick and Mortar account number anywhere on the documents so receiving can route the freight to your inventory the day it lands.
Suppliers can ship to us directly
Domestic and international suppliers can send inventory straight to the warehouse. We receive it, verify cartons and quantities against your paperwork, and hold it in storage or prepare it for Amazon or outbound orders.
Close to the port
Our building sits in the Plummer Street corridor off Clinton Drive, with direct access to the Turning Basin, Barbours Cut and I-610. We serve the Turning Basin, Barbours Cut and Bayport terminals, plus IAH and HOU air freight.

Questions
Common questions
Can our manufacturers or suppliers ship products directly to your warehouse?
Absolutely. Your domestic or international suppliers can send inventory directly to Brick and Mortar Logistics. We receive the shipment, verify the cartons and quantities, inspect for visible damage, and prepare the products for Amazon. Any shortages, overages, labeling problems, or damaged cartons can be documented before the inventory moves forward.
What happens if our inventory arrives incorrectly labeled or does not meet Amazon's requirements?
We do not automatically forward noncompliant inventory to Amazon. Our team identifies the issue and provides a recommended correction, such as relabeling, repackaging, barcode coverage, bundle correction, or carton replacement. If the problem affects the product itself or requires a business decision, we contact you for approval before performing additional work.
